退款政策

所有退款須符合SoZmart平台的退款政策

退款與否,SoZmart Limited保留最終的決定權。如遇有(但不只限於)以下情況,SoZmart 將拒絕該兌換券之退款:

   - 已使用,無效或已過期

   - 未過期及買家仍然可以享用的餐廳專用兌換券

   - 已獲安排發貨之兌換券

   - 買家不符合享用該服務或收取該產品的規定

   - 未完全了解優惠的條款及細則而購買

• 客戶因任何私人原因在有效兌換日期內未能向有關商戶兌換產品或服務,兌換券會自動失效而不作另行通知。未使用或逾期的兌換券不能更換,SoZmart亦不會作出任何賠償。如果客戶在兌換時遇到困難,可以聯絡SoZmart客戶服務團隊代為聯絡有關商戶,我們會盡力協助。

• 若使用兌換券時,客戶對提供之商品或服務有任何不滿或投訴,客戶需直接聯絡提供/出售商品或服務之商戶。SoZmart只是作為銷售和提供兌換券的平台代理。如果客戶與商戶不能就有關情況達成共識,SoZmart可能根據客戶的要求,盡力幫助解決客戶和商戶之間的問題。

• 如需申請退款,可電郵至cs.hk@sozmart.com或致電 +852 2241 9333與SoZmart客戶服務團隊聯絡,並提供以下資料:

   - 申請退款的原因

   - 需要退款的兌換券號碼

• SoZmart核對所有資料後會處理個案,退款過程需時約四至六個星期;如退款申請成功,退回的費用不包括4%之銀行費用。

• SoZmart 保留退款與否最終的決定權,SoZmart有可能以Zmart Coins的形式退回有關之款項,客戶日後可用作在SoZmart平台購物付款的用途。

 

 

All returned item must fulfil all requirements of SoZmart Refund Policy.

• SoZmart Limited reserves the sole right to decide, whether to process a refund, or not. SoZmart Limited may refuse to refund vouchers specifically but not limited to:

   - that are used, void or expired

   - restaurant vouchers within their validity period, if their use is still possible

   - shipping arrangement had already been made

   - bought by End Users not eligible to receive or use a product or service

   - bought without full understanding of deal's Terms and Conditions (The Fine Print)

• Under any circumstances, customer do not redeem the vouchers within the redemption period, the voucher expires automatically without further notice. Expired or unused vouchers cannot be exchanged, SoZmart shall not make any compensation for expired or unused vouchers. Please contact our customers service team for assistance if you encounter any problems using the vouchers.

• If Customer have any complaints regarding the provision of the Merchant Offering, Customer should contact the Merchant directly. This is because the Merchant, is not SoZmart, SoZmart only responsible for the supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering. SoZmart only sells and supplies the Voucher. However, if the Customer and the Merchant cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, SoZmart may, upon customer request, try to help resolve the issue between Customer and the Merchant.

• Customer should contact SoZmart Customer Service Support Team to apply for refund by e-mail to cs.hk@sozmart.com or through hotline +852 2241 9333. Customer should provide the following information,

   - The reason of refunding

   - Voucher ID of the vouchers in question

• After verifying all the information provided, SoZmart will handle the case and the refund process may take approximately 4-6 weeks and 4% bank charge is non-refundable.

• SoZmart reserves the final right to decide, whether to process a refund, or not. SoZmart may refund in a form of Zmart Coins for User's future purchases.
